Request for quote - terminal boards for seismic digitizer recorders This requirement is not set-aside small business. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. Items offered must meet or exceed the technical specifications. Interested parties shall submit sufficient documentation and explain how offerings meet, exceed, or differ from each Salient Characteristic for the USGS to evaluate in order to determine technical acceptability of their offer. Merely providing technical specifications without direct comparison is insufficient for evaluation. An addendum may be included with submittal. Failure to provide the requested information may result in removal from the award consideration.

Delivery date for estimate only: 07/31/2026 or earlier. FOB destination requested. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable method.

Equipment Requirement: New equipment ONLY, NO grey market or refurbished products. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. USGS is tax-exempt.

Technical submission including Part and Model number and product specifications 4. Place of manufacturing 5. System for Award Management UEI Attached Pages: Technical Specifications, 1 page Clauses and Provisions, 5 pages Questions are due in writing to yangzhideng@usgs.gov by 04/24/2026, 1500 PST.

Responses are due to the Contracting Officer's email address at yangzhideng@usgs.gov by 05/01/2026, 1500 PST. Quotations submitted by hardcopy shall not be accepted or considered.
