REQUEST FOR QUOTE WAREHOUSE MOVE - SPOKANE VALLEY, WA INTRODUCTION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06, effective October 1, 2025. This acquisition is set aside for small business.

DESCRIPTION The US Geological Survey, Geology, Minerals, Energy, and Geophysics Science Center requires moving services as described in the attached Statement of Work. RELEVANT INFORMATION The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 484210 Used Household and Office Goods Moving and associated size standard $34.0 million applies to this announcement, along with Product Service Code V001 Transportation/Travel/Relocation.

This service is subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards Wage Determination# WD 2015-5537. SUBMISSION OF QUOTES All services will begin performance at the U.S. Geological Survey warehouse at 11103 East Montgomery, Spokane Valley, WA 99206. There will be a site visit on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at 10:00am PT. Please limit the number of people in your party to two, meet at the entrance of the building, and wait to be escorted. Attendance is not required but strongly encouraged.

RSVP to the Contracting Officer at eadam@usgs.gov by January 28, 2026, at 10:00am. All questions must be sent directly to Liz Adam at eadam@usgs.gov by Friday, January 30, 2026, at 10:00am PT. Quotes shall only be accepted through electronic mail addressed to the Contract Specialist, Liz Adam, at eadam@usgs.gov. All quote documents required by this solicitation must be uploaded and received in their entirety no later than Tuesday, February 03, 2026, at 10:00am.
