Dual Outboard Center Console Jet Boat and Trailer IAW attached Salient Characteristics: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0325Q0160. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04 dated 06/11/2025. This opportunity is set-aside for small businesses.

Delivery Address: USGS Columbia River Research Lab, 5501-A Cook-Underwood Road, Cook WA 98605. Delivery Date for Estimate only: ASAP or before 09/30/2025. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be based on a tradeoff method. Each offeror must submit sufficient documentation for the USGS to evaluate in order to determine technical acceptability of their offer.
