Inductive Coupled Plasma Mass-Spectrophotometer (ICP-MS) The purpose of this amendment is to answer submitted questions. The due date remains the same, 04/15/2025 1500PST. No additional questions will be allowed. Contractors are required to sign and return copies to the issuing agency. Subject to availability of funds. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0325Q0062. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 dated 01/17/2025. This requirement is not set-aside for small business.

NAICS: 333516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing, associated standard size 1,000.

Delivery Address: USGS Geology, Mineral, Energy & Geophysics, 350 N. Akron Road, Moffett Field, CA 94035 Delivery by: 07/31/2025 or earlier. FOB destination requested.

Equipment Requirement: New equipment ONLY, NO grey market or refurbished products. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. USGS is tax-exempt. Offerors must submit sufficient documentation to demonstrate their capability to perform the required services. Failure to provide the requested information may result in removal from the award consideration.

Signed SF 18 form filled in with firm information, person signing, and line-item prices, offered, etc on Block 13 to 16 and FAR 52.204-24 and 52.204-26 check marks and signature 2. Firm, fixed price quote 3. Technical submission including Part and Model number and product specifications 4. Place of manufacturing 5. System for Award Management UEI Attached Pages: Technical Specifications, 1 page 889 Certification Document, require check mark and signature, 2 pages Clauses and Provisions, 18 pages Questions are due in writing to yangzhideng@usgs.gov by 04/04/2025, 1500 PST.

Responses are due to the Contracting Officer's email address at yangzhideng@usgs.gov by 04/15/2025, 1500 PST. Quotations submitted by hardcopy shall not be accepted or considered.
