This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; firm, fixed-price quotes are being requested and a separate, written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0325Q0017. Please submit a firm, fixed price quote and a technical description of the product(s)/service(s) being offered in sufficient detail, including product literature, references, and any other necessary documents.
