Synopsis/Solicitation Combination INTRODUCTION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-04, effective 01 May 2024. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 238220, "Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors", size standard $19.0 million annually.

SPECIFICATION The U.S. Geological Survey, Pasadena Earthquake Science Center HVAC server room requires the installation of a reliable, redundant, and maintainable HVAC solution that provides 24/7 cooling for seismic network equipment. Please see solicitation document(s) for a detailed description and solicitation provisions/clauses. SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS/PROPOSALS Quotations/Proposals shall only be accepted through electronic mail addressed to the Contracting Officer at nlushenko@usgs.gov.
