Purpose of this amendment is to provide Government Responses to Contractor Questions, provide Revised RFQ, and J.1 Price Schedule - Revised. Contractors shall utilize J.1 Price Schedule Revised when submitting quotes and acknowledge amendment. No other terms or conditions are changed.

United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Kansas has a requirement for title and closing services for Agricultural Conservation Easement Programs. Period of performance will be for 12 months. This is a total (100%) small business set-aside under NAICS 541191 – Title Abstract and Settlement Offices, which has a size standard of $19.5 million. Contractors questions are due by 1:00 PM CT on September 3, 2024. No questions will be answered verbally. Answers to questions will be posted via solicitation amendment. Government intends to award one (1) firm fixed price purchase order as a result of this solicitation. Contractor SAM Representations and Certifications must be complete and accurate at time of quote submission.

Contractor shall provide furnish sufficient labor, materials, transportation, equipment, tools, operating supplies, incidentals, etc. to complete work as specified in attached RFQ. See solicitation for further details.
