USDA anticipates the award of a Five (5) Year, Single-Award, Firm Fixed-Price, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for commercial supplies consisting of Cotton Boll Weevil (Anthonomus grandis) Pheromone Dispensers, Traps, and Insecticide Strips for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspections Service, International Services (IS) located in Brownsville, TX.

The Contractor will be required to provide all resources needed to produce and deliver the required supplies included within this BPA. This procurement will be a 100% total small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 52.219-6. The NAICS code for this requirement is NAICS code 326199 – All Other Plastics Product Manufacturing (2022 NAICS), with a Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard of 750 employees. The applicable Product Service Code (PSC) is 9310. THIS NOTICE IS THE SYNOPSIS ONLY.
