Preventative Maintenance for Auto Claves and Washers

Amendment 1 to solicitation is to extend quote due date from 4/9/25 to 4/15/25 at 3:00ET and provide questions and answers. The U.S. Department of Agruiculture, Animal Plant Health Inspection Services is in need of a firm fixed price contract for preventative maintenance services for autoclaves and washers under a base year and four option years in Ames, IA. Questions are due not later than 8:00am 3/7/25 to the Contracting Officer Kathy Melbe at kathleen.melby@usda.gov. Interested parties, please complete and return all pages of the Attached SF1449 to the Contracting Officer via email by 3:30pm (EST)

If an interested party's quote package has not completed all of the items listed, the quote may be considered incomplete for evaluation purposes and no further consideration will be given, thereby making quote ineligible for award.
