Bear Lodge Ranger District Janitorial Service

The purpose of this solicitation so or janitorial services at Bear Lodge District Office, Black Hills National Forest, 101 S. 21st Street, Sundance, WY. Services will be performed one day per week on Tuesdays. Simi-Annual cleaning scheduled April & October, and Annual cleaning November/December coordinate cleaning schedule with COR at least two weeks prior. No work will be performed on federal holidays without prior approval of the Contracting Officer (CO). There is no scheduled site visit for this solicitation.

Amendment: Intersted party's questions: Question 1) Asked about cleaning desk tops? Answer 1) Do not touch or move anything on employee desk especially computers or paperwork. Question 2) Asked if the whole shop needs cleaning? Answer 2) Only the Shop Office, hallway, bathrooms, and shower will need cleaned.
