This combined synopsis/solicitation for supplies is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This synopsis/solicitation is being advertised as Small Business Set-Aside only. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued.

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 effective 05/22/2024. The solicitation number is 11703PR24Q0000517. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) codes are:

424720 Petroleum and Petroleum Products Merchants and Wholesalers, Size standard is employees 500. This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13. The Government will award a Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this competitive solicitation on the basis of price, delivery date, and requirement compliance. (1) 1,600 gallons of Shell Rotella T3 15W30 lube oil (Brand name and part number only, quotes containing substitues will be viewed as non-compliant).

(2) Delivery by truck with pumping capabilities.

1. The solicitation number;

2. The time specified in the solicitation for receipt of offers;

4. A technical description of the items being offered in such detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This may include product literature or other documents if necessary;
