Sole Source Notice - Scinomix Inc.

Notice of Intent to Sole Source The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) intends to solicit and negotiate a noncompetitive contract with Scinomix Inc. (KMW5L9T9S2N1), a small business, using FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The objective of this acquisition is to obtain preventative maintenance services for Scinomix liquid handler/tube printers by Scinomix, Inc. USDA contemplates a firm-fixed-price contract.

See attached specifications and Single Source Justification. This notice of intent is not a solicitation. However, all responsible sources may submit a response which shall be considered by the agency. Responses must be submitted by email to Kathy Melby at Kathleen.melby@usda.gov no later than July 24,2025. Telephonic inquiries will not be honored. Responses received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
