USDA-ITSD-NIFA - CuadraSTAR - Software License & Maintenance Support Renewal

Sources Sought Notification for CuadraSTAR Software License & Maintenance Support Renewal This is not a solicitation Announcement or Request for Quotation. It does not constitute any commitment by the Government. No award will result from this notice. The purpose is to conduct market research to gain knowledge of potentially qualified sources. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice will be used by the Government to make an appropriate acquisition decision.

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) will not award a contract on the basis of responses or pay for the preparation of any information submitted. Respondents will not be notified of the results of this notice. The USDA, Information Technology Service Division (ITSD) has a requirement for STAR Software Maintenance Support and License Renewal in support of National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA).

Please refer to the Statement of Need when providing information for this Source Sought. Responses to this notification will help determine the acquisition strategy for any future solicitation.

Submission Instructions: Interested vendors are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought notification by 11:59 PM EST on 13 December 2024, to the attention of David Tibbs, Contracting Officer, at david.tibbs@usda.gov. All questions are asked to be submitted in writing to the Primary Point of Contract and will be addressed accordingly. Responses should be no more than 5 pages in length and include the following information: Organization Name. Contract Name, e-mail address and phone number.

Organizations SAM Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number. Business size status for the applicable NAICS code. Capabilities Statement highlighting the vendor’s ability to provide the requested license and maintenance support. Certification of Authorized Reseller status required. Interested vendors are instructed to provide only the data requested. No proprietary classified confidential or sensitive information should be included in your response.

The Government reserves the right to use any nonproprietary technical information in any resultant solicitation(s). Any additional information will not be reviewed by the USDA.
