The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), has a requirement for a trailer demolition at the National Centers for Animal Health (NCAH) Campus, located in Ames, Iowa.

The scope includes all expertise, labor, supervision, services, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, permits, licenses, transportation, disposal cost, and incidentals as necessary to demolish and dispose a 530 Trailer from the USDA Campus, including demolishing the concrete pad, excavating water and sanitary sewer lines, and repairing grounds to match existing surrounding grassy areas. The NAICS code for this project is 238910—Site Preparation Contractors, with a small business size standard of $19 million.

The estimated magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The project will be set aside for small business concerns only. The solicitation will be posted on or about July 26th, 2024.
