Intent to Single Source: Market Exchange Data Feed and Access Services

The U.S Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) intends to negotiate a noncompetitive (single source) single award BPA with DTN, LLC (UEI: FYXWGJBL9SB1), a large business, using simplified acquisition procedures for commercial items under FAR part 13.5. The objective of this acquisition is to obtain the services as described in the attached FAR 13.5 Single Source Justification. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.

However, all responsible sources may submit a response which will be considered by the agency. Responses must include clear and convincing evidence of the offeror's capability of fulfilling the requirements as specified. Responses must be submitted by email to Katie Maloney at katie.maloney@usda.gov no later than March 16, 2024 at 5pm ET. Telephonic Inquiries will not be honored. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed agreement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
