Vertical Lift Module (VLM) Maintenance and Service

The Regional Health Contracting Office – Atlantic, Guthrie Ambulatory Health Clinic (GAHC), Fort Drum, NY intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a single contract for for the preventative maintenance and emergency telephonic support for the Vertical Lift Module (VLM). Quotes shall conform to the requirements of Addendum to 52.212-1 and FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors. Award will be made in accordance with Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 and FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation – Commercial Items.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This requirement is being solicited as unrestricted under NAICS Code 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance– Size Standard $12.5M. This solicitation number W91YTZ24Q0126 is a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 (as of 22 MAY 24).

Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotes. All quotes received after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.
