## Description

The Regional Health Contracting Office – Atlantic, Guthrie Ambulatory Health Clinic (GAHC), Fort Drum, NY intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a single contract for for the preventative maintenance and emergency telephonic support for the Vertical Lift Module (VLM). Quotes shall conform to the requirements of Addendum to 52.212-1 and FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors. Award will be made in accordance with Addendum to FAR 52.212-2 and FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation – Commercial Items.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This requirement is being solicited as unrestricted under NAICS Code 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance– Size Standard $12.5M.
