RFI/Industry Day Universal Bulk Charger

Amendment 03: Response date has been updated to 23 October 2024.

Amendment 02: Attachment labeled Request for Information - Bulk Charger v3 located in the attachment section has been updated on page 2 to include question number 7 as follows:

7. This requirement maybe competed under 10 USC 4022 Other Transactions (OT) for Prototype Projects. However, one of the three points below must be met to be eligible for a Prototype OT. Please indicate that your company would agree to an OT award, and which one of the three your company would qualify for or agree to. All participants small or non-traditional; or At least one non-traditional defense contractor or non-profit research institution must participate to a significant extent in the prototype project; or At least 1/3 of total costs must be paid by parties to the OT other than the Government.

Amendment 01: Attachment labled Bulk Charger Industry Day Announcement located in the attachment section has been updated on the top of page 3 bullet 4 to include the following " Any comments and questions regarding the draft “MIL-PRF-XXXXX charger top level draft 2024-09-03” and “MIL-PRF-XXXXX-1 bulk charger draft 2024-09-03” are due to peosoldierstp@army.mil no later than 28 October 2024." The U.S. Army Contracting Command is seeking sources on behalf of Product Manager Soldier Warrior regarding sources of a platoon level bulk charger.
