Multi-Test Support Services

THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. The only purpose of this sources sought is for MARKET RESEARCH to find vendors that are interested in bidding on this opportunity, which is being issued in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 10 for the purposes of market research. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this request, nor will the Government compensate any respondent for any costs incurred in developing the information provided to the Government.

This is not a formal solicitation/request for proposal and no contract shall be awarded from this posting.

These are DRAFT documents and are only to help vendors to review and decide whether or not they are interested in bidding for this procurement of Testing Support Services for Calibration, Technical Support, Software Support, System Improvements and Emergency Repairs for the Bridge Crossing Simulator (BCS), Littoral Warfare Environment (LWE), Roadway Simulator (RWS), Heavy Vehicle Durability Simulator (HVDS), Vehicle Durability Simulator (VDS), and Drivetrain Durability Simulator (DDS) at Army Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) located within Aberdeen Proving Grounds (APG), MD.

All questions shall be submitted in writing to Dennis Beauclair, Jr., Contract Specialist, via e-mail to dennis.a.beauclair3.civ@army.mil and Sherri Martinez, Contract Specialist, via e-mail to sherri.d.martinez.civ@army.mil no later than 10:00 a.m. EST 18 June 2024. Questions submitted after this time may not be addressed. All questions and comments about this submission must be in writing (email); no telephone calls will be accepted.

Quotes submitted prior to official and final solicitation release will not be accepted. Questions requesting additional details on the release of the final solicitation on SAM.gov will also not be addressed.
