This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The size standard for the NAICS Code is 1250 employees.

The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), an agency of the Government, has a requirement for the procurement for a quantity of four (4) IPS-250X Networking Encryptors (NSN 5810-01-654-6415) with associated Outside of the Continental United States (OCONUS) training to occur in Poland. This procurement is a requirement for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case JU-B-UAC, for the country of Ukraine.

The Government anticipates the issuance of a commercial Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract as a result of subject synopsis/solicitation. Any questions are to be submitted in writing to Angela H. McFillin, Contract Specialist, via email to:
