Request for Quote Title: Joint Operations Center Personal Electronic Device Surveillance System SOL# W91364-25-Q-A058 The Ohio National Guard has a requirement for the purchase of an electronic device surveillance system. Quotes must meet all of the necessary product requirements listed in the attached Statement of Work This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 334511. The small business size standard is 1,350 Employees.

Products associated with this quote must be Made in the USA or be TAA Compliant in accordance with (IAW) DFARS 252.225-7021 Offers must include sufficient product information (ie model numbers, pictures and product specifications) to allow the OHARNG to determine whether the proposed items meet the necessary minimum requirements. Failure to submit sufficient product information may result in the rejection of your quote. This award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract.

Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with the procedures under FAR Part 13.106(b). The award will be made on the basis cost and compliance with the specifications listed in the SOW. Respondents to this Request for Quote (RFQ) must be registered in SAM. You may register electronically at http://www.sam.gov. Registering electronically will expedite the registration process. Quotes are due by 12:00 PM September 16, 2025. You must submit your quotes through SAM.gov at https://sam.gov/ Faxed proposals will not be accepted.
