Ohio National Guard Catered Meals Request (CMR) Camp Garfield OH

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Catering needed for dates 12-27 July 2025 at Camp James A Garfield, Ohio. Please see that attached Performance Work Statement specifications and the spreadsheet for meal type, headcount, and delivery time.

This solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract. Multiple awards will not be offered. The contract will be awarded in accordance with (IAW) FAR 13.106-2(b). Responsible offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). You may register electronically at http://www.sam.gov. Registering electronically will expedite the registration process. Please include your SAM Cage code or DUNS number in your quote.

Questions are due no later than 4:00PM EDT Tuesday June 27, 2025. Quotes shall be submitted via email no later than 12:00 PM EDT, 1 July 2025 to the Contract Specialist, Brett Fruth, brett. a.fruth.civ@army.mil EVALUATION CRITERIA This award will be made in accordance with the criteria set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-2(b)(3). The basis of the award will be 1) price, 2) past performance, and 3) adherence to the requirements set forth in the Performance Work Statement.

The OHARNG reserves the right to communicate with any offeror in order to better understand an offeror’s proposal, validate interpretation and assumptions of the proposal; or facilitate the evaluation process. Such communications shall not be used to cure deficiencies, material omissions, materially alter technical or price elements, and/or otherwise revise the quote.
