Intent to Sole Source - National Levee Safety Study

The contractor shall convene an ad hoc committee of experts to conduct an independent review of the National Levee Safety Guidelines (NLSG) - first edition as defined in this Statement of Work. This ad hoc committee should be comprised of experts in any or all of the following disciplines: civil, hydrological, geotechnical, and structural engineering; climate science; economics; tribal and community engagement; risk assessment/management; floodplain management; emergency planning or response; and environmental mitigation/restoration, or other disciplines deemed appropriate by the contractor.
