AE Services for Design Refresh of Vertical Skills Instruction Facility at Joint Base McGuire-Dix Lakehurst (JBMDL), NJ.

USACE Louisville District (LRL) intends to award a sole source C-contract to Michael Baker International (MBI) for A/E Services for design refresh of Contract W912QR17D0027, Task Order W912QR19F00281 – Vertical Skills Instruction Facility at Joint Base McGuire-Dix Lakehurst (JBMDL), NJ. The Scope of work will be to refresh the 100% design that was completed in 2022 to verify it meets the current UFC requirements and Building Codes.

The A/E shall submit final, corrected final, and certified final design submittals to LRL for review. This contract will be issued on a sole source basis. This notice of intent is not to be considered a request for quotations or competitive proposals. This is a written notice to inform the public of the Government's intent to proceed with a sole source contract to Michael Baker International.

Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. All responses received within 15 calendar days of the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the direction of the Government.

Information received in response to this synopsis will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses should be emailed to the Government point of contact for this acquisition at alex.j.hamilton@usace.army.mil. Responses should include:

2) Identify business size (i.e. small business, other than small business, etc.) in accordance with the size standard for NAICS Code 541330.
