This is a written notice to inform the public of the Government's intent to proceed with a sole source contract to Michael Baker International. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. All responses received within 15 calendar days of the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government.
