Time and Attendance (T&A) processing system

The primary objective is to replace the current manual timecard process to improve efficiency, reduce payroll delays, and mitigate risks caused by reliance on a single point of contact. The system will support about 100 employees.

Scope: The contractor will design, develop, configure, and deploy an automated Time and Attendance system. Tasks include:

· Designing a workflow that enables individual timecard processing and tracking · Building or customizing a platform to automate timecard submissions, reviews, and approvals · Ensuring role-based access for multiple HR specialists · Implementing a notification system for discrepancies or delays · Providing training for HR staff and end users · Contractor must comply with DoD IT security policies · Contractor must coordinate with local HR teams and ARSOUTH IT staff · All data must be stored and processed in compliance with applicable data privacy laws · Language support may be required (English/Spanish)
