Amendment 0002 Extend the quote due date.

Amendment 0001 Extend the quote due date. The New York Army National Guard has a requirement for the instillation of ESS security products in Troy NY. A description of the products and services are in the PWS which is incorporated in the included RFQ. Award will be made based on price and other factors as shown below. All pricing must be provided for, this requirement will not be split. If something left blank quotes will not be considered.

Pricing must include all cost for installation, the PWS does not breakdown each item, but gives the minimum specifications required. Other factors-Each factor will be evaluated as Acceptable or Unacceptable: 1- Provide a Capability statement that; CAGE/DUNS; Companies Core competency, When the quote expires. 2- Availability of items in order to meet all installation dates.

3- Special Qualifications: The contractor shall ensure all employees possess all required certification, and licenses for climbing roof, installing Electronic Security equipment, operating electronics, operating test equipment, and utilizing safety equipment in the performance of this contract The agency will first evaluate price, and then evaluate the apparent lowest-price proposal for acceptability under the three factors listed above. All three factors above shall be considered acceptable for award to be made. If the lowest-price offeror is evaluated as unacceptable, the agency will then consider the acceptability of the next lowest price offer, continuing this process as necessary.

Wage Determination NO:

2015-4143 Rev NO: 28 Dated 07/22/2024 is incorporated and applicable to this requirement. All quotes must me sent via email to Andrew Emrich at andrew.e.emrich.civ@army.mil. Submit a signed copy of the RFQ (DD 1449) with your quote. No partial quotes will be accepted.
