Other factors-Each factor will be evaluated as Acceptable or Unacceptable: 1- Provide a Capability statement that; CAGE/DUNS; Companies Core competency, When the quote expires. 2- Availability of items in order to meet all installation dates. 3- Special Qualifications: The contractor shall ensure all employees possess all required certification, and licenses for climbing roof, installing Electronic Security equipment, operating electronics, operating test equipment, and utilizing safety equipment in the performance of this contract The agency will first evaluate price, and then evaluate the apparent lowest-price proposal for acceptability under the three factors listed above. All three factors above shall be considered acceptable for award to be made. If the lowest-price offeror is evaluated as unacceptable, the agency will then consider the acceptability of the next lowest price offer, continuing this process as necessary.
