USAG Vilseck Street Sweeper Machine

**This requirement is presently SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS (SAF)** The Regional Contracting Office - Bavaria intends to issue a solicitation to purchase a Street Sweeper for DPW, USAG Vilseck, Germany. A commercial Purchase Order, Single Award with firm fixed price (FFP) contract will be awarded. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer.

The Government anticipates posting the solicitation to the SAM.gov website ( at https://sam.gov) within 4 weeks of Purchase of Street Sweeper. All amendments to the solicitation will be posted to this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing lists will not be compiled and the RFQ and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website above.

Firms interested in submitting offers must be current registered in the System for Award Management, complete the entire solicitation document to include representations and certifications, provisions and clauses, provide all product technical specification documentation and technical compliance certifications, to be eligible for contract award. Faxed offers or amendments will not be accepted. All dates are subject to change without notice.

Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
