Description

As published on SAM.gov with the combined synopsis and solicitation of January 2, 2025.

The Contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, labor, subcontracting services of manufacturer's representatives and all facilities, utilities, equipment, tools, lubricants, fuels, materials and articles {excluding Government furnished property) necessary to fully execute the work items specified herein.

All Offers shall be sent to the following U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District Contracting Division personnel via e-mail by the established proposal deadline: Christopher Nuccio, Contracting Officer Christopher.nuccio@usace.army.mil Francesca deBoer, Contract Specialist francesca.e.deboer@usace.army.mil This is an open-market combined synopsis/solicitation for services as defined herein.

The Government intends to award a contract as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation that will include the terms and conditions set forth herein. To facilitate the award process, all proposals must include a statement regarding the terms and conditions herein as follows:

"The terms and conditions in the solicitation are acceptable to be included in the award document without modification, deletion, or addition." Submission shall be received not later than 2:00pm local time, Friday, January 3, 2025 via e-mail to the two aforementioned Contracting Division personnel. Late submissions shall be treated in accordance with the solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1(f). Offers will only be accepted via e-mail.

Note: Service Contract Act wage determinations will be incorporated into the awardee’s contract. Any questions or concerns regarding this solicitation should be forwarded in writing via e-mail to Francesca deBoer, Contract Specialist francesca.e.deboer@usace.army.mil

2 January 2025:

Amendment 0001 The above numbered combined synopsis/solicitation for Emergency Drydocking Services for the Dredge Wheeler is hereby amended as follows:

1. Extend the proposal response date to 2:00pm local CST time, Wednesday, January 8, 2025.

2. Remove the Technical Capability factor in its entirety and replace w ith the revised version on the continuation page. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
