W912P825B0049 – 2025 Articulated Concrete Mattress Casting. ED 25-002. This solicitation is issued as a small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 327390. The work consists of casting articulated concrete mattresses at the St. Francisville casting yard. (The estimated time of completion for the Base Work is 145 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed.

In the event Optional Work 1 and/or Optional Work 2 is exercised, the days required for completion of the contract, in addition to the Base Work, will be increased by the number of Articulated Concrete Mattress – OW1 and/or OW2 executed divided by 540 squares per calendar day. The solicitation will include 8 drawings and specifications.

Amendment 0001: Replaces the solicitation package in its entirety to correct clerical issues with page numbering, update the Aggregate Sources in Section H, and change the duration of base work to 60 calendar days in Section F.

Amendment 0002: The bid opening set for 23 June 2025 at 11:00 AM is postponed. Future bid opening date will be established by amendment.

Amendment 0003: This solicitation is canceled in its entirety.
