Amendment 01 – Increases the number of rooms needed June 1-4 and June 11-14 from 26 to 27 doubles per night. This increases the total number of rooms needed. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation W912LC-24-Q-0062 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). CLIN0001: Double Occupancy Rooms – 276 Rooms nights total and Single Occupancy Rooms – 16 Rooms nights as outlined in the SOW.
