Amendment 0001 - This amendment is issued to provide Questions and Answers to address all questions listed -extend the amendment to close on March 17 2025 at 0900AM CDT- and to inform vendors submitting a quote the following sections in the PWS have been updated.

Breakfast Meals Quantity is 800. Lunch Meals Quantity is 800. 3 Meeting Space - The contractor shall provide one large open ballroom General session capable of holding 800. The contractor shall provide three individual breakout room for resiliency classroom setup preferred tables chairs pens and pads provided. Rooms shall be big enough to accommodate 200 people per room. Audio Video shall include the following 4 sets ? Audio Visual AV carts.

AV setup must accommodate visibility and audibility- 4 projector- 4 microphones - 4 speakers - 1 podium for general session room. All vendors shall include this SF30 amendment form with your signature in blocks 15 a b and c and return with your quote. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
