Hawaii National Guard Child Youth Services Annual Camp

The Hawaii National Guard is organizing a Youth Symposium and Annual Camp for ages 6-18 that bring together youth within the state. This event provides leadership and collaborative partnership exerpiecnes and assit school-aged youths with the development of personal life skills and resilience. The period of performance shall be from June 4th, 2025 to June 14th, 2025. The contractor shall provide lodging with individual beds, meeting space, and meals for all attendees.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform the high ropes course at the camp site and a certified lifegaurd for water activities, as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement.
