BILLET/ROOM CLEANING SERVICES

This announcement is a Sources Sought (market research) Notice. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Request for Proposal (RFP). This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be taken as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. I have a requirement for Billet/room cleaning services which entails the cleaning a total of 50 rooms and 50 bathrooms. The rooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floor in two separate buildings.

Approximately 25 steps to 2nd floor. No elevator is available to reach 2nd floor. The cleaning consists of each room shall be swept and mopped. Windows, window seals, and mirrors shall be sanitized and wiped clean. All toilets, sinks, counters, and showers shall be scoured and sanitized. Cleaning will be required approximately 8 times per year.

The purpose of this sources sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified firms relative to the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code 561720 Janitorial Services and the applicable size standard is $22M.
