Lower Granite Dam NAVLOCK Switchgear Replacement

The US Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District is seeking sources to provide personnel, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, supervision and other items and services for the following:

Lower Granite NAVLOCK Electrical Switchgear. Work shall include, but is not limited to the design, manufacture, and delivery of new navlock electrical switchgear and other miscellaneous electrical parts at Lower Granite Lock and Dam. Electrical gears shall meet the following requirements: 1000kVA, 4160/480V, delta-wye dry-type transformer. Dual feed, mechanical interlock 4160V switchgear. Main-tie-main 480V switchgear with integrated HRG system.

480V motor control centers with integrated lighting transformers and lighting panels. 4160V & 480V feeder protective relays, control, and annunciation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 335313 and the associated small business size standard is 1250 employees. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. This sources-sought announcement is a tool to identify businesses with the capability to accomplish the work.
