Work shall include, but is not limited to the design, manufacture, and delivery of new navlock electrical switchgear and other miscellaneous electrical parts at Lower Granite Lock and Dam. Electrical gears shall meet the following requirements: 1000kVA, 4160/480V, delta-wye dry-type transformer. Dual feed, mechanical interlock 4160V switchgear. Main-tie-main 480V switchgear with integrated HRG system. 480V motor control centers with integrated lighting transformers and lighting panels. 4160V & 480V feeder protective relays, control, and annunciation.
