Packaging requirements are in accordance with Section D - PACKAGING AND MARKING, D.001 PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS. 4. The contractor is authorized to ship deliveries early at no additional cost to the Government.

Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal via email to the Contract Specialist (lyndsey.m.pena.civ@army.mil) and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (katherine.e.macfarland.civ@army.mil) with the subject header: Proposal Submission - W912CH-25-Q-0062 (company name).
