## Description

1. This Request for Quote (RFQ) W912CH-25-Q-0062, will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order for the procurement of the following:

with a 100% option available *Some Part Numbers included in this TDP have approved sources listed. Reference drawings for additional information 2. The Technical Data Package (TDP) for this solicitation resides on SAM.gov associated with this solicitation number: W912CH-25-Q-0062. 3. Packaging requirements are in accordance with Section D - PACKAGING AND MARKING, D.001 PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS. 4. The contractor is authorized to ship deliveries early at no additional cost to the Government.

5. Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal via email to the Contract Specialist (lyndsey.m.pena.civ@army.mil) and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (katherine.e.macfarland.civ@army.mil) with the subject header: Proposal Submission - W912CH-25-Q-0062 (company name). Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist/Contracting Officer will reply with the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission.

6. Please confirm receipt of narrative C.002 Product Engineering Exceptions in SECTION C of the solicitation to acknowledge that your offer will be submitted based on the TDP language incorporated in the narrative. ...
