Denison Switchyard Power Circuit Breakers Replacement at Red River Watershed, Denison Powerhouse, Texas. This project replaces three of the six switchyard Power Circuit Breakers (PCBs), PCB power and control wiring, PCB bushing CT secondary circuit wiring, and PCB pole-to-HOD switch pole jumpers (stingers). All equipment will be replaced with new equipment of equivalent ratings.

This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside competitive solicitation for a firm-fixed price contract to be awarded under the best value continuum using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) process in accordance with FAR 15.101-2. The Contractor will be required to commence work within 10 days after Notice to Proceed (NTP) and complete the work within the proposed number of calendar days (Not to Exceed 900 days) after receipt of NTP. Provisions will be included for Liquidated Damages in case of failure to complete the work in the allowed time. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required.
