JBE088 JOINT INTEGRATED TEST AND TRAINING CENTER

THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY TO ANNOUNCE AN INDUSTRY DAY FOR JBE088 JOINT INTEGRATED TEST AND TRAINING CENTER (JITTC), JBER, AK AS FOLLOWS:

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Alaska District, will conduct an Industry Day to improve Industry's understanding of USACE's JBE088 JITTC project on JBER. This is an opportunity to share the goals and schedule for the subject project and solicit feedback from participants. This FY25 Design Bid Build project will involve the construction of a two-story facility, and construction of a small substation and its connection to the facility. The estimated magnitde is between $250,000,000 and $500,000,000. The timely completion of this project is one of the Governments highest priorities, and we believe the Industry can provide invaluable input on the project’s feasibility.

Industry Day Goals: Communicate project requirements Incorporate industry feedback into project as needed Gain an understanding of the Industry perspective on feasibility, scheduling, and forecast The Industry Day presentation will be held on March 8, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Alaska Time. The location of the meeting is the Army Education Center Bldg. 7, 4th St, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK 99505. Military base access approval is required, and any participants will need to meet access requirements. Each participant is required to submit the following information to tammy.davis@usace.army.mil no later than 1 March 2024.

Agenda: 1000-1100 Introductions & Presentation 1100-1500 scheduled 30-min One-on-One Sessions with Government Reps Attendance at the industry day is voluntary and is not required to participate in the proposed acquisition. A virtual meeting will not be available. Contractors are required to secure their own lodging and rental cars for this event. A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE RELEASED PRIOR TO THIS INDUSTRY DAY NOR WILL A DRAFT SOLICITATION BE PRESENTED AT THE EVENT.
