The combined synopsis and solicitation has been extended. An amendment is forthcoming to change the period of performance to start 12 November 2025. The Government will post Answers to Question from the site visit at a date and time to be determined. Continue to monitor SAM for updates and amendment. The purpose of this amendment is to post answers to questions, extend the offerors due date, and inform offerors that a site visit has been scheduled.

See attached amendment W91151-25-Q-A019-0001 and questions and answers for details. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.5. MICC Fort Cavazos intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for Washer and Dryer Services. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811412. This requirement is a 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business.

The Contractor shall provide personnel, management, equipment and any other items and services, not Government furnished, necessary to perform the Washer-Dryer Maintenance and Repair Services contract as defined in this PWS at Fort Cavazos, Texas.

Services include quarterly preventive maintenance (e.g. cleaning machines, ducts, laundry rooms, and serviceability testing, etc.), repair, and replacement service functions on Washer and Dryers listed in TE-A as defined in this PWS and cleaning for all Ducts (e.g. flex ducts, rigid ducts, and all ductwork for laundry rooms to the exit point of system to include exhaust fans, make-up air units, fans, motors, baffles, etc.) shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) 5.1.2.
