This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.5. MICC Fort Cavazos intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for Washer and Dryer Services. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811412. This requirement is a 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business. The Contractor shall provide personnel, management, equipment and any other items and services, not Government furnished, necessary to perform the Washer-Dryer Maintenance and Repair Services contract as defined in this PWS at Fort Cavazos, Texas. Services include quarterly preventive maintenance (e.g. cleaning machines, ducts, laundry rooms, and serviceability testing, etc.), repair, and replacement service functions on Washer and Dryers listed in TE-A as defined in this PWS and cleaning for all Ducts (e.g. flex ducts, rigid ducts, and all ductwork for laundry rooms to the exit point of system to include exhaust fans, make-up air units, fans, motors, baffles, etc.) shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) 5.1.2.
