This is a Non-Personal Services Contract for Washer, Dryer and Duct Maintenance and Repair Service at Fort Cavazos, Texas .This contract encompasses the provision of personnel, management, equipment, and other necessary services, excluding Government-furnished items, to support the Directorate of Public Works (DPW). The Contractor will perform quarterly preventive maintenance, repair, and replacement services on washers, dryers, and all duct systems (including flex ducts, rigid ducts, fans, motors, baffles, etc.) as outlined in the Draft PWS 5.1.2.

Period of Performance:

Base Year: 12 June 2025 – 11 June 2026 First Option Year: 12 June 2026 – 11 June 2027 Second Option Year: 12 June 2027 – 11 June 2028 Third Option Year: 12 June 2028 – 11 June 2029 Fourth Option Year: 12 June 2029 – 11 June 2030 For more details, refer to the Draft PWS.
