## Description

This is a Non-Personal Services Contract for Washer, Dryer and Duct Maintenance and Repair Service at Fort Cavazos, Texas .This contract encompasses the provision of personnel, management, equipment, and other necessary services, excluding Government-furnished items, to support the Directorate of Public Works (DPW). The Contractor will perform quarterly preventive maintenance, repair, and replacement services on washers, dryers, and all duct systems (including flex ducts, rigid ducts, fans, motors, baffles, etc.) as outlined in the Draft PWS 5.1.2.
