This action is for the procurement Vasculab GSX FDA K131860 (Brand Name or Equal) Non-Invasive Physiologic Testing System. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This is a request for quotation (RFQ) and the solicitation number is W81K0225QA037. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 6515, Medical Equipment and Accessories and Supplies.
Medical Readiness Contracting Office – Pacific intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order resulting from this RFQ, on the basis of a quotation conforming to the solicitation and determined at a fair and reasonable price. Offerors shall complete the line-item pricing structure below in addition to any provided quote material in company format.
Typically, in accordance with FAR Part 29, the Federal Government is exempt from state and local sales taxes; however, the total contract price shall include any other non-exempt applicable federal, state, local taxes, or duties.

FAR Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, will not be incorporated into this combined synopsis/solicitation. Quotations will be evaluated on technical acceptability and price.
FAR Provision 52.212-3 ALT I, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies and is incorporated by reference; however, the Offeror is not required to complete the provision if they are currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and representations and certifications are current, complete, and accurate as of the date quotations are due. All other applicable FAR Provisions are shown herein.
FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and FAR Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. All other applicable FAR Clauses are shown herein.
Permits and Licenses: Unless otherwise specified in this combined synopsis/solicitation, the Contractor shall obtain any necessary licenses and permits, give all notices, and comply with any applicable federal, state, county, and municipal laws, codes, and regulations in connection with this requirement. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and assigned rating is not applicable.
