03 BPA CALL OSSATRON HIGH ENERGY DEVICES

Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Medical Readiness Contracting Office-Pacific (Joint Base Lewis-McChord Health Contracting Branch), Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price BPA Call under solicitation W81K0224Q0032 to Premier Shockwave, Inc. in the estimated amount of $148,500.00 for an 03 priority purchase of OssaTron High Energy Devices for Orthotripsy procedures to be performed on specific patients procedures located in the Department of Anesthesia and Operative Service at Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC), JBLM, Tacoma, WA.

Prior to the procedure, the surgeon shall make the determination that these products or other branded products will best meet the individual patients’ medical needs/requirements. All products must be FDA approved. The proposed contract action is for supplies which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by FAR Subpart 13.501(a)(1), Sole Source (including brand name).

This notice is not a request for quote/proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment other than the listed source should provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capabilities and specifications.
