Prior to the procedure, the surgeon shall make the determination that these products or other branded products will best meet the individual patients’ medical needs/requirements. All products must be FDA approved. The proposed contract action is for supplies which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by FAR Subpart 13.501(a)(1), Sole Source (including brand name). This notice is not a request for quote/proposal and no solicitation will be issued.
