Audio/Video Systems

The Wisconsin Air National Guard has a requirement to provide audio/video systems in two separate rooms within the same building at the 115th Fighter Wing in Madison, WI. For more information and the complete Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and Purchase Descripion, see the attached documents. This solicitation was amended on 23 July 2024 with the following changes:

1. The quote due date was extended through 12 August 2024 due to delays in answering questions.

2. A site visit was requested and is being contemplated for 30 July, 31 July, or 01 August. This notice will be updated with the date and time.

3. The Purchase Description has changed to remove the requirement for conferencing. This solicitation was amended a second time on 23 July 2024 with the following changes:

1. A site visit is offered at 10:00 a.m. CST on Wednesday, July 31, 2024. To attend, complete the attached “SFS Form 12 – Template” for all individuals who will attend, and email it to the primary point of contact shown on this RFQ no later than 4:00 p.m. CST on Monday, July 29, 2024.

2. Questions and Answers is posted. This solicitation was amended again on 31 July 2024 with the following changes:

1. Changes were made to the Purchase Description. A new document has been uploaded.

2. Changes were made to the Questions and Answers. A new document has been uploaded.

3. The quote due date was extended through 14 August 2024 due to delays in answering questions. This solicitation was amended on 07 August 2024 with the following changes: 1. Changes were made to the Questions and Answers to address potentially conflicting information. Answers are provided to the best of the requisitioner's capabilities. The requisitioner is not an expert and relies on contractor expertise to provide the solution, performing as described in the Purchase Description.
