This requirement is designated with a Total Small Business Set-Aside to authorized David Clark vendors ONLY and associated with NAICS code: 334310 and a small business size standard of 750 employees. The 167th Airlift Wing, Martinsburg, WV is requesting a quote for DAVID CLARK – DC ONE-XM (C- 17).

This requirement is being requested based on price alone without discussions being held.
